Tesla’s new sales, service and delivery location – Tesla Auckland South – opened in May and an official launch event is on July 22 this year.
People can visit the 147 Kirkbride Road site in Mangere and test drive there now.
A Tesla supercharger is also due to open in Rotorua during the last week of June.
Meanwhile Tesla is providing three months of free unlimited supercharging and providing a free mobile charger to make the switch to EVs easier for customers who order and take delivery of a new inventory Model 3 Rear-Wheel Drive between June 15, 2023, and June 30, 2023.
Tesla says this offer cannot be applied retroactively to existing orders and may not be transferred to any other account or vehicle.
